I'll provide weekly Health Tips, which may take the form of basic nutritional information or might focus on retraining your thoughts or tuning into your intuition to guide you. It's been said that you can't solve a problem at the same level of consciousness at which it was created. The focus here is on creating change by elevating your thoughts to a new level. You have constant opportunities every day to choose a new way. A new way of looking at your life and a new way of designing it.
I'm reminded of my power by the Marianne Williamson quote that several of my Facebook friends have posted lately: "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us..."
